Also, we went to T-Bones afterwards, and I ran into my replacement as Sous-Chef there. I never met the guy before, but he apparently "heard all the stories" (good & bad--naturally) about me. Anyway, my point is, is that I told him how I miss the crap out Jamie Dye, and he said that he became good friends with him, and apparently he says that the feeling is mutual with Jamie! So I gave this guy my Cell, and hopefully he passes it on to "Snakes"! We'll see. I got his number too, so that I can connect with this guy in case I don't hear from Snakes anytime soon. How 'bout them apples?

Also, sorry I never SMS'd you back. It was a crazy weekend, and I'm back in Chicago already.
